Public offer agreement

1. Parties

Provider: "RAPID MODERN SOLUTIONS" LLC, TIN 313 005 508, state registration certificate No. 3212831 of 30.04.2026, issued by the State Services Centre of Yashnobod district, Tashkent. Address: 11 Sergeli-4, apt. 59, Qipchoq MFY, Sergeli district, Tashkent. Resident of the technology park for software products and information technologies, certificate No. 6253 of 18.06.2026.

Client: an individual or legal entity that has placed an order on rapidsolutions.uz or submitted an enquiry by other means and accepted these terms.

2. Subject

The Provider supplies services in graphic design, web development and software development. The list of services, their scope, price and delivery times are published in the Services section of the site and form an integral part of this offer.

The scope of each service is defined by its description on the site at the time the order is placed. Work outside that description is agreed separately and charged additionally.

3. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when an order is placed on the site and a deposit is paid, or when the parties sign a separate written contract.

At the request of a Client that is a legal entity, the Provider signs a separate written contract and issues an invoice.

Electronic dealings between the parties are governed by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce" (ZRU-792 of 29.09.2022).

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated in Uzbek soum. Value added tax is not charged, because the Provider applies the tax regime available to residents of the technology park for software products and information technologies.

Payment is made in two stages: a deposit of 50 percent before work starts and the remaining 50 percent on handover, unless the parties agree otherwise.

For orders where the Client names the amount, the minimum order is 1 000 000 soum. That amount is subject to confirmation by the Provider before work begins.

5. Timing

Delivery time is stated in working days in each service description and runs from the working day after the deposit is received and the Client has supplied all necessary materials.

The period is extended by any delay in the Client supplying materials, answering questions, or approving intermediate results.

6. Rights in the work

Exclusive rights in the deliverables pass to the Client in full upon final payment. The Provider hands over source files, project documentation and source code where source code was produced as part of the service.

The Provider may show the work in its own portfolio unless the Client objects in writing before handover.

7. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for the content of materials supplied by the Client, including text, images, trademarks and third party personal data. The Client confirms it holds the rights to such materials.

The Provider's liability under this offer is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned.

8. Disputes

The parties resolve disputes by negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute is heard by the court at the Provider's location under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A written claim is a mandatory first step. Claims are answered within ten working days of receipt.
