A site nobody maintains breaks quietly. This plan covers the routine: core and plugin updates, daily backups kept for fourteen days, TLS certificate renewal, and uptime monitoring.
It also includes up to two hours of edits a month: change text, add a product, swap a photo, correct a price. Hours do not roll over, because the point of the plan is regular attention rather than accumulated debt.
If the site needs something larger than the plan covers, we say so in advance and quote it before starting.

01Is hosting included in the price?
Yes, for sites we host on our own server. If the site lives with another provider, we maintain it there instead.
02What if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us immediately and recovery starts the next working morning. The plan does not include overnight standby.
